The Baltimore born fighter, Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis has reportedly handed himself in to police after footage that was shared around the world evidently pictured him ‘grabbing’ a woman around the neck area of her body and pulling her from her chair shortly before forcing her from a stadium seating area.
The video appeard to have been taken with a mobile device by a crowd member at a Charity Basketball game in Miami during Super Bowl weekend.
Since the video went viral is has been confirmed the woman is infact the Mother of his Child.
Davis denied hitting the mother of his child but did say in a tweet since the event that he may have been “aggressive.” He now appears to have deactivated both his Instagram and Twitter social media accounts.
It is reported that ‘Tank’ has been charged with ‘Simple Battery, Domestic Violence’ and has been transported to ‘Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Facility’ for processing.
This isn’t the first time that ‘Tank’ Davis has been on the wrong side of the law he had also been arrested on a number of occasions for separate offences including for getting into a fight with a man outside of a nightclub in Washington.
