With just one week to go to the Cruiserweight Final of the World Boxing Super Series in Riga, Lativa fans are excited to see is going to emerge victorious between the IBF Champion Yuniel Dorticos and Mairis Briedis.
The great Arena Riga has seen its fair share of bloodshed so far in the Super Series and there will undoubtedly be even more dealt by these two KNOCKOUT specialists. The final is set for the 21st of March 2020, and it promises to be a historic event. With the IBF Title and the Muhammed Ali Trophy at stake, Dorticos and Briedis will be looking for more than just a fight. Rather, a chance to extend their Boxing legacy in the ring.
The most exciting thing about this fight, its that both warriors really could come out with the win but keep in mind that Riga, Lativa is the home of Briedis so Dorticos will no doubt be looking to establish his dominance in the ring from the first bell and hoping to put on a performance similar to his last fight of the World Boxing Super Series where he KO’d the American hopeful, Andrew Tabiti right in Briedis’ backyard.
Both fighters are two-time former World Champions with a long list of victories and knockouts under their belts. They have defied the odds on so many occasions throughout their careers and now they battle for the legendary Muhammed Ali Trophy.
Who will come out on top? Who will be this year’s Cruiserweight Super Series Champion?
Make sure you tune in, we really can’t call it.
