Gervonta Davis vs Hector Luis Garcia UK TV Confirmed As FITE PPV

SATURDAY, January 7th GervontaTankDavis (27-0, 25 KOs) defends his WBA Regular Lightweight Title against the Dominican Republic’s Hector Luis Garcia (16-0, 10 KOs) at the 20,000-capacity Capital One Arena in Washington, DC, USA.

Tank vs Garcia will be televised on FITE TV‘s pay-per-view platform for a cost of £8.99 to UK viewers. In the United States, the bout is a Showtime PPV presented by Al Haymon’s Premier Boxing Champions (PBC).

Three Undercard Fights Including Dan Azeez Set For BOXXER Feb 11 London Card

There will be 3 undercard bouts on the PPV portion of the show which is scheduled to begin at 02:00 am on Sunday 8th of January.

In the co-feature, the highly-rated Jaron Ennis takes on Karen Chukhadzhian for the IBF ‘interim’ welterweight title. Chukhadzhian is an unknown quantity and isn’t the step-up fight fans were hoping Ennis had but is the final step towards a world title shot.

Another welterweight showdown sees top prospect Rashidi Ellis against Roiman Villa. Ellis has a win over Alexis Rocha back in 2020 but long periods of activity have stalled his career. With Ennis and Ellis on the same card, we may very well see them against each other next.

In the PPV opener, former two-weight world champion Demetrius Andrade makes his super-middleweight debut against Demond Nicholson. With Andrade now crossing over to the PBC, he is hoping to land fights with Jermall Charlo, David Benavidez and Caleb Plant.
