Dillian Whyte Next Fight To Be On Matchroom/DAZN Eddie Hearn Unintentionally Leaks

Matchroom Boxing’s chairman Eddie Hearn was listing his upcoming schedule of shows in an exclusive interview to IFL TV today where he unknowingly added Dillian Whyte just before Estrada Chocolatitio 3.

The Super Flyweight trilogy clash takes place on December 3 and in a separate interview, Hearn said he was doing a show on November 26 in London live on DAZN featuring a big heavyweight name.

It seems likely now that Hearn was referring to Dillian Whyte and Whyte will headline Matchroom’s Nov 26 card in London. Promoter Frank Warren has reserved the O2 for this date but may relinquish it.

This comes after Dillian Whyte requested a sum of £3,000,000 to fight Daniel Dubois on BT Sport Box Office per sources. Queensberry Promotions refused to pay that sum, especially with it being a week before Anthony Joshua vs Tyson Fury; should that get over the line.

NoSmokeBoxing also contacted Swedish Southpaw heavyweight Otto Wallin, who was supposed to fight Whyte last year and was rumoured to be an option for Dubois, but Wallin has not been approached about either contest.
