Joshua Buatsi vs Craig Richards – in what many are calling a \’50-50\’ affair, top 10 Light Heavyweight Joshua \’Just Business\’ Buatsi takes another huge leap in his career against London rival Craig \’Spider\’ Richards in the hopes of landing a world title shot in 2022. A win here would surely prove Buatsi as a legitimate contender in arguably the most fierce division in world boxing.

Joshua Buatsi vs Craig Richards will take place this Saturday, May 21 at The O2 Arena, London, England Live on Global Sports Streaming Platform DAZN. There are expected to be over 5,000 people at the prestigious North Greenwich venue watching over what could be an exciting slugfest between two massive punchers.

Buatsi and Richards have fought previously as amateurs with Buatsi getting the victory; Richards will be hoping to avenge that loss. Richards said in the build-up that Buatsi had the easy route as a professional and has never had to take tough fights, but now the \’safety cap was off\’ and for the first time, Buatsi is fighting a fight that many people think he can lose.

The Joshua Buatsi vs Craig Richards Before The Bell Preliminary Broadcast live on DAZN and YouTube will get underway at 4:30 PM BST (11:30 am ET, 8:30 am PT) and feature four matchups, including four unbeaten prospects. Headlining the preliminary action is 2020 Olympian Cheavon Clarke, talented Welterweights Cyrus Pattinson and Shiloh Defreitas make their ring return as well as the popular John Hedges.

The Joshua Buatsi vs Craig Richards Main Broadcast live only on DAZN worldwide (except Aus/NZ) will begin 2 and a half hours later at 7:00 PM BST (2:00 pm ET, 11:00 am PT) and feature five championship contests. In the main event, Joshua Buatsi faces domestic foe and former world title challenger Craig Richards in a massive south London derby. This fight is an official eliminator for fellow Matchroom-promoted Dmitry Bivol\’s WBA Light Heavyweight Championship. The Buatsi Richards Main Event Ringwalks are expected to occur no earlier than 10:00 pm in the UK (5:00 pm ET, 2:00 PT) with an estimation of 10:30 pm by DAZN.
