WATCH OUT FOR THOMAS CARTY

Thomas Carty is a new face entering the heavyweight boxing scene, at just 26 years of age he has many years to grow into the sport, but he\’s more well known in the boxing industry than you may realize.

The Dublin native heavyweight is just 1 fight into his professional career, however, he has had a lot of experience in sharing the ring with some of the top names in the heavier weight divisions than someone that has had maybe 15 or 20 professional fights under their belt

Carty is due to compete in his second professional bout this weekend on what would have been on the undercard of the fight between Dillian Whyte vs Otto Wallin, which has now sadly fallen through due to a known shoulder injury that Whyte suffered during his training camp in Portugal, of which Thomas Carty was a part of.

As well as being a part of Dillian Whyte\’s preparation for Otto Wallin, Carty has also been a part of some huge training camps in just the last 2 years, of names which include the likes of, Anthony Joshua when he prepared for Oleksandr Usyk, Derek Chisora when he prepared also for Usyk, Lawrence Okolie in preparation for Krzysztof Glowacki, as well as Filip Hrygovic.

All this while also making his pro debut in Germany in May this year.

Thomas Carty is the latest addition to the strong team of fighters that Dillian Whyte is managing which also includes the likes of Alen Babic who is also fighting this weekend, Fabio Wardley, and Youseff Khoumari + many more.

Carty will fight Igors Vasiljevs this weekend who himself holds a record of 4-1-0 hailing from Latvia.
