DAZN Pubs Partnership Was Set For Eubank Jr vs Benn Before Fight Postponement

Much Awaited DAZN Pubs Partnership Was Confirmed For Eubank Jr vs Benn

The 157-pound catchweight bout between Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn that was supposed to take place on Saturday, October 8 at London’s O2 Arena live on DAZN PPV has unfortunately been cancelled due to an adverse analytical finding for the drug ‘Clomifene‘ in Benn’s A-sample.

Prior to this, NoSmokeBoxing learnt that DAZN exclusively partnered with the Screach enterprise streaming service to enable retail premises (such as pubs, restaurants and hotels) to legally show the Eubank Jr vs Benn fight in the UK. DAZN does have a commercial premises licence which it also uses to show fights in cinemas such as ‘VUE‘ and ‘ODEON‘ that were supposed to carry the fight.

The Screach enterprise streaming service is also a partner of Amazon Prime Video, Premier Sports, FITE, Fightzone and more around the world. Screach offered Eubank Jr vs Benn to commercial premises for a one-off payment price of £169.99 + VAT/Per venue.

Although Screach was not needed this time, this is still positive news for fans as DAZN now has a way of getting their product in Pubs. Fans have been calling for this move for a long time and future major fights shown by DAZN likely will be available to watch in commercial premises.
