Luke McCormack is back sparring in recent days after rumours that medical issues were keeping him from signing with Matchroom and making his professional debut after a highly successful stint in the amateurs.

Fight fans will be hoping to have both McCormacks feature amongst a strong roster of North East talent that will be the future of the sport for that part of the country.
