Cyrus Pattinson Next Fight – 4-0 Welterweight To Challenge For First Professional Title

Cyrus Pattinson Next Fight To Be For IBO Trinket Belt On Sep 24 Nottingham Card

Northumberland’s 28-year-old Welterweight prospect Cyrus Pattinson (4-0, 2 KOs) will challenge for his first professional title on the undercard of the Lightweight championship bout between Kid Galahad and Maxi Hughes.

Galahad and Hughes meet in a Yorkshire derby, on September 24 in Nottingham; a Matchroom/DAZN card that was supposed to be headlined by Leigh Wood – Mauricio Lara until Wood’s shoulder injury forced him out.

Pattinson faces France’s Jorick Luisetto (12-4, 3 KOs) for the IBO Continental title over ten rounds (according to the IBO). Luisetto has never been stopped and extended Florian Marku eight competitive rounds just last year.

A strong step-up for Pattinson that should push him into English title level with the likes of Conah Walker, Danny Ball, and Harry Scarff. Pattinson was planning to face Ellis Corrie for the Northern Area title but that bout has not materialised.
